Immaculate Conception Church's music program is large and varied and includes four choirs. The Young Adults perform at the 8 a.m Mass, the Children perform at the 10 a.m. Mass, the Adult choir handles the noon Mass and the Spanish choir performs at the 2 p.m. Mass. All groups are always seeking new members. The adult choir has performed with the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra and elements of the Orchestra frequently augment the musical selections during mass.

The organ is a electro-pneumatic (formerly tracker) Pipe III-30 Hutchins 1908 Cabinet Work by the great Ernest Skinner.
